4 Week Series 5/8, 15, 22, & 29 11am-12pm. Hooping is a fun way to tone your entire body and get your cardio workout! Hooping 10 minutes burn 50-100 calories. Classes are for beginners, so there is no previous experience necessary. Hoops are supplied for class use and purchase. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear, and bring water.
$60 for series pre-registered or $18 drop-in/class
