WHAT: Hooping just 10 minutes can burn 50-100 calories. Learn the foundational moves of hooping along with some cool tricks in this 4 week series. We will begin with waist hooping, hip hooping, arm hooping, passing and moving the hoop on and off the body. In class you will use an adult size, weighted hoop that makes it easy to learn. Bring water and your own hoop. Hoops will also be available for you to use during class. SPACE IS LIMITED so register early to secure your spot. Granetta will also have hoops for purchase at class.

This workshop is great for people who have never hooped before.
