Hoobastank has a very fresh and new feel, with a smooth yet heavy guitar sound, catchy vocal hooks and lots of energy. Their band influences include Faith No More, Tool, Phish and Guns N' Roses. Halifax is a five-piece pop-punk/emo-rock band out of Southern California.
