Home School: Owls Are A Hoot! January 7, 2011

Four special dates of themed programming give your home-schooler lots of educational experiences all in one day! Discovery Days are designed for home-schoolers to enjoy science together and our programs are aligned with the California Science Content Standards. Discovery Days include admission, tabletop demonstrations and a 50-minute interactive classroom activity. To register please call 714.913.5030, weekdays 8am-4pm. Plan to check in 15 minutes before class starts. y, January 7, 2011- Owls are a Hoot! Students will explore the nocturnal owl including a close-up look at their feathers and feet. Other activities include taking apart owl pellets and identifying bones to learn what owls eat.
