Don’t become an owner of “a house of ill-repair” – many costly home repairs can be avoided with proper maintenance. Bill Carlson will discuss home maintenance pitfalls and also what to watch out for when purchasing a house.

Bill holds a mechanical engineering degree from Kansas State University and was a mechanical/inspection engineer at a Baton Rouge refinery before starting his inspection business in 2002. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and International Code Council Residential/Commercial Building Inspector and is certified by the Tennessee State Fire Marshal as a Building Inspector.
