The Elgin Symphony Orchestra comes home to the Hemmens for this year's holdiay show. Downtown Elgin will be a flurry of activity with the 11th annual Window Wonderland event, sponsered by the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin, with decorated windows, holiday entertainment, live reindeer, a living nativity, pictures with Santa and special treats and discounts at downtown shops and restaurants from 11 to 5 pm
