The market has shifted dramatically in the past few years. Whether you have bought a home before or this is your first time this class will help you understand what it takes to find and get the best deal possible on your new home.

Is it a buyer's market? A seller's market? Are banks lending money anymore? How much down payment do I really need. Should I sell my current house first, or wait until we've bought the new place?

So much has changed since the height of the real estate market in 2007. We are in a fluctuating market. Seems like nothing is the same as before, and yet all the same principals for finding and getting a great deal apply.

This class will give you a firm grasp of the current local housing market. You'll be equiped to evaluate homes as they come on the market and be able to make an assessment about whether they might sell quickly or not, and if they will go for at/under/over the list price.
