Holt Tobacco Collection Exhibit August 31, 2012

The Valentine Richmond History Center is opening its newest exhibit on Friday, Aug. 31at 10 a.m. The exhibit, a rotation within “Discovering Collections, Making Connections,” features an assortment of items from the Holt Tobacco Collection, including tobacco tins, advertisements, tools, books and cigarette cards. It was collected by Bernard Stuart “Skip” Holt (1932-2011) and donated to the Museum in 2012 by his wife Carol A. Holt.
