Holiday Season Two Day Ski Bus Trip December 27, 2008

Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station).
* Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot.

Bus stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then moves on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings.

Group activities:
Sat. Skiing at Sierra (Bus arrive at Sierra around 10:30AM)
Sat. 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at "to be determined" Party Suite (All drinks Free!!!)
Sat. 7:30PM Group Dinner (Not included)
Sun. Morning:
8:30 AM The bus will take the group to ski at Kirkwood

Price:
Members: $120.00
Repeat Skier and Meetup & Bayareadragon: $125.00
Non-members: $135.00

The Royal Valhalla is an absolutely beautiful hotel directly on the Lake the views are stunning especially sunsets.They have own private beach and offers a free Continental breakfast. An Outdoor Heated Pool And Jacuzzi. Only 4 blocks from Casino.
2 bedroom suite - Bigger Bedroom with balcony and TV, Sleeps couple with one child or 3 women. Smaller bedroom with Queen bed (No TV) for some one want to have own room.
Double Queen Room - Sleeps 2 men or 4 women.

Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass?
No. The cost does not include ski rentals & lift tickets, although we are able to obtain group rates.
Lift ticket costs are as follows:
Sierra $49.00 Kirkwood $55.00

Do they offer first-time package?
Yes they do. The package includes lift ticket, lesson, and ski rental.
Sierra is priced at $61.00, Kirkwood is priced at $69.00

Can I have my own room?
Yes. We have 2 bedroom suite - you will have one private room with Queen bed (No TV). You will pay $30 more for you own room.

You need to Sign a WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY on the bus.

Ski Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties apply to all YAC Ski trips.
A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
