Holiday Mix Show returns Dec. 21
with all-star pop-orchestra to Lakewood Theater
The Holiday Mix Show, featuring a 15-piece all-star electric pop-orchestra, will return for its second year on Friday, Dec. 21, 2007 to the Lakewood Theater in East Dallas.
Local singer/songwriter Kelly Brown leader of Local Honey has mixed star musicians solo-guitarist Andy Timmons (formerly of Danger Danger), Bryan Wakeland (Polyphonic Spree drummer), fiddler Reggie Rueffer (Charley Pride, Spot, Ho Chi Men) and Assistant Concert Master of the Richardson Symphony Orchestra, Linda Proch to name a few. Dallas' award-winning producer, David Castell even makes an appearance- hes a classically trained flautist.
The holiday concert repertoire will include classic pieces like "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies" as well as pop, big band favorites, and original tunes.
Get in the holiday spirit by logging on to www.localhoney.org and download the FREE version of, Mr. Grinch, as only Kelly Brown can sing it!
