Holiday Happy Hour to Benefit Make-a-Wish Foundation December 13, 2006

The 20’s and 30’s Meetup Group will be making its monthly "House Music Happy Hour" a Fundraiser for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. **ALL ARE WELCOME**. Make-a-Wish is an amazing charity that provides children with a life-threatening illness a "dream wish". The "wish experience" either imparts so much joy to the child's life that they are somehow able to conquer the illness, or it allows the child to experience that one great thing before they leave this earth. We will be conducting a silent auction at the Happy Hour to raise money for Make-a-Wish, and will be "requesting" a $5 donation at the door.

We're expecting 200 people for this event on Wednesday, Dec 13th. If you don't know much about the 20's and 30's Meetup Group, check us out at http://nightlife.meetup.com/161/. this is a socializing and networking group, and you do NOT have to me a member to attend!

And if you don’t know Spank….this is a very upscale, cool, good-grooves lounge on the top of 1223 Nightclub (aka MCCXXIII) in Dupont Circle. Rich Ang (who spins for the 20’s and 30’s Group Happy Hours) will be on the turntables spinning loungey, soft house music to provide the ambience.
