Learn the differences between Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and Sparkling wine. Try different level of sweetness and especially pair with different chocolate desserts.
In this special class and tasting, we will taste 6 different bubblies from all around the world, each paired with a different chocolate dessert. We will conclude our adventure with a cup of spicy hot chocolate.
