Learn to Make a Holiday Bread Dough Cornucopia
Chef Melina Kelson-Podolsky is a certified master baker and an instructor at Kendall College in Chicago. She will be at the Evanston Public Library, 1703 Orrington Avenue in downtown Evanston, on Saturday, November 10 at 2 p.m. to demonstrate how to make a holiday cornucopia out of bread dough. She will show how to weave and wrap a lightly yeasted bread dough into the shape of a cornucopia, which can then be dried as a centerpiece for a holiday table. This program is free and open to the public.
