HoBOOken Halloween Kids Scary Scurry Run October 29, 2011

The Scary Scurry will begin at 11:00 AM on the south side of Pier A. The race is recommended for children ages 2-8, although we will accept children up to age 11. MiMi Kids Yoga will lead the children in a pre-race warmup on the lawn at 10:45 AM. Join the fun and get an extra wearing out of the Halloween costume – runner-friendly costumes are encouraged (but certainly not mandatory).

The Scary Scurry will consist of various divisions, or heats, and lengths (from 25M – 125M) based on age. Age groups are: 2 years old; 3-4 years old; 5-6 years old; 7-8 years old; 9 and over. Groups may be further divided as necessary.

One parent or guardian may run with a child. No strollers or dogs are permitted on the course. We recommend that children run in their appropriate heat.
