History Ink: The Tattoo Archive Project Grand Opening November 2, 2012

Start your First Friday experience at the History Center on November 2nd from 5-7 p.m. as we celebrate the opening of two new exhibits. The first exhibit, "History Ink: The Tattoo Archive Project," features professional photographs of tattoos created by local tattoo artists. Photographer Terry Brown documented these works of art for our archives. The second exhibit, "Wickham House 200: Inspiring New Art Two Centuries Later," is a collaboration with the VCU School of Arts featuring student works of art inspired by the 200 year-old Wickham House and its contents.

Beer, wine and other light food will be served and DJ Xian will provide music for the evening.
