Historic downtown Omaha photowalk May 29, 2010

Join other Flickr photographers for a photowalk following HistoricOmaha.com's walking tour of downtown.

What happens on a photowalk? We wander around and take pictures of whatever catches our eyes. Some people walk together, some go in different directions. Then we all upload our photos to Flickr and put a tag on them (see the group discussion) so we can look at everyone's pics from the walk.

We'll meet at the corner of 18th & Capitol near Trinity Episcopal Church. (map) and end near 14th & Douglas, using HistoricOmaha.com's pdf map as a rough guide. (I'll bring printouts.) We'll stop somewhere along the route for a food/drink break.

Come for part or all of the walk. The Farmers Market will be going on in the Old Market so your best bet for parking is probably somewhere near the library around 14th & Douglas/Farnam and that's where we'll be ending the walk.
