Historic preservationist Tom Zahn will describe what's in the new building design guidelines recently published by the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) and answer questions. HPC member Steve Edwins will discuss available tax credits for renovation projects and City staff will talk about the Downtown Revolving Loan Fund.
