Hispanic Heritage Celebration September 22, 2012

The series kicks off at Miami International Mall on September 21st for Fashionia - Noche de Honor at 6p.m. for $35, a benefit event honoring Hispanic leaders in the community. This year we are in search of a “Hispanic Star” – a notable Hispanic influence in the community nominated by those in the community. The event will begin with the Hispanic Star Award honorees being announced. Proceeds of the event will benefit La Liga Contra El Cancer and the Simon Youth Foundation. On September 22nd the event contiues with a Fashion Show at 12 pm, follows with Rhythm of Nations at 1:00p.m. in front of Macy’s and for our signature Parade of Native Dresses. This promises to be an afternoon filled with folkloric performances and plenty of entertaining heritage to celebrate!
