Hippie Grenade Farewell Show January 4, 2008

After over five rollicking years, Hippie Grenade has amicably decided to go in separate musical directions. Their brand of funk-infused rock reaches its impressive zenith during what the Bay Guardian has called their "startlingly epic" live shows, and on January 4th, 2008 The Elbo Room in San Francisco will hold witness to their final stage appearance ever. The night will be a celebration of some of the Bay Area's finest musical talent in addition to Hippie Grenade, featuring the groove-oriented rock of Sun House and Full on Flyhead, as well as the hip-hop stylings of Berkeley's Bumbalo. Kick off the first weekend of the New Year with what is sure to be a memorable night, and say goodbye to one the most respected live acts to hit the San Francisco music scene in years!
