Premiere Opening, September 16, 2006. 8pm.
A new full length play by playwright Hector Schujman will premiere in English at MCCLA on Saturday, September 16th at 8:00 p.m The play will run Fridays and Saturdays through November 12, curtain time is 8pm for each performance.

The play is based on the Greek myth of Hipolito transposed to modern Argentina during the military dictatorship. A strong cast of bay area artists bring to life the characters of this play centered around Phaedra's blind passion for her step son Hipolito, whose heroic humanity and principles act as unsurmountable obstacles for Phaedra. The intense drama and surprising turn of events will keep the audience on the edge of their seats.
