The fourth annual festival features New York City based Full Circle Dance Company, founded by female hip hop artist Rockafella and male hip hop artist Kwikstep. The festival also includes other hip hop artists from around DC and the nation performing dance and spoken word. Co-presented with Mason-Rhynes Productions. Supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
$20 general admission; $15 members, students, teachers (PreK-12), professional artists & seniors; $7 for children 17 & under
