Austin Hindu TRAC (Tradition, Religion, Aspiration, & Culture) is a lively, dynamic workshop for students, young parents, and anyone who wants to understand Hindu tradition and culture.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
You may remember Dato' Jegathesan (or "Uncle Jega", as he is known to many of us) from his visit to Austin and San Antonio in March 2006, when he conducted an introductory TRAC workshop at UT-Austin and the Hindu Temple of San Antonio on "The Hindu Way of Life".

An author of 10 books on Hinduism and over 900 bhajans, Dato' Jegathesan's practical approach comes from a lifetime of community service and years of experience in economic development with the Malaysian government and the United Nations. His leadership in his native Malaysia and around the world has earned him the honorary title Dato'.
