Hindershot, featuring vocalist and songwriter Stuart Confer, was founded on a simple premise: music, however challenging, should always be a good time. Also featuring guitarist Lucas Johannes, vocalist/percussionist Jessie Livingston, guitarist/percussionist Spencer Alred, drummer Duncan Dotterrer and bassist Ned Garthe, the band boasts poetic lyrics, unusual chord changes and complex harmonies. Their eclectic list of influences, ranging from Beck to The Beach Boys, is reflected in their repertoire of varied jams.
