Spring is around the corner and summer will be here soon! Enjoy a fast-pace "brisk" walk & jump-start your cardio, along with stops at different stations to integrate yoga poses. Let's break the routine and connect with life--nature.
We will meet 9:20am and will start hiking promptly at 9:30am.
This is open to ALL levels. Don't worry if you don't have previous yoga experience. The poses are very easy to do. Wear in layers in you want to sweat.
