Hike into Fitness 7AM hikes 6 days a week at Scenic Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve (Los Altos Hills; 280 and Foothill Expwy)

Hiking class group size is limited to 14 people.

What: Do you enjoy the outdoors? Want to lose some body fat around the mid-section, thighs, arms, and get toned? Tired of boring gym workouts? Join us for a fun and engaging hike workout.

When: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, Monday to Friday and Sunday, adjusted for ALL Skill Levels. You choose how many days you'd like to participate. The workout will be geared towards your level of fitness.

Where: Rancho San Antonio Preserve Open Space, Los Altos Hills

Instructor is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer since 1990, with a B.S. in Human Performance and M.S. in Kinesiology. In addition, instructor has over 17 years of fitness and health consulting experience at local health clubs such as Club One Fitness, Ronnie Lott's Club Fitness, and corporate fitness centers. Results oriented, engaging teaching style and stellar references.
