This is the story of a quiet, unassuming man who's managed to convince an entire town that he's a superhero and a woman who sets out to prove that the superhero in question is a total fraud. However, she discovers that heroes rarely wear capes, villains are rarely bad guys and that beauticians always make the best leading men. 'Heroes and Villains' is an unexpected love story that examines the special powers inside of all of us, and the faith it takes to believe in them.
