Discover the beginnings of the American educational tradition though historical interpretations and demonstrations. Topics will be primarily presented through lectures, discussions and exhibits. Highlights will include discussions regarding the religious and political questions of the day. The Indian Offensive of 1622 will be discussed, as it postponed the construction of a Virginia college until 1693 in Williamsburg.
