The Hemp Heals Music Festival, presented by Riley Cote and Live Nation, is coming to Festival Pier at Penn's Landing. The festival is dedicated to promoting healthy living through the use of hemp products with other natural and organic goods while raising funds for a charitable organization that promotes wellness and healthy living.
