Help Restore Your Local Creek January 31, 2004

Come plant native plants along Corte Madera Creek on Upper Alpine Rd in Portola Valley. We are planting at this site to stabilize the banks after they were washed out in the floods of 1998. We provide tools, gloves, snacks, and drinks. Just bring yourself (and a friend!). Meet at the corner of Willowbrook and Alpine Road. From 280 head south on Alpine Road. Continue on Alpine past Portola Road until you come to the intersection of Willowbrook [ map]. There's a little parking area on the edge of the road.
