Chic Gems, Etc.™ will host a whirlwind two-week long shopping extravaganza benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Illinois from December 14th through December 31st at Water Tower Place 835 N. Michigan Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60611-2218
