Heirloom's Portland Rubber Stamp & Paper Arts Festival March 26, 2011

You’ll find wonderful exhibitors and products for stamping, scrapbooking, and the many forms of paper arts. New techniques will be demonstrated during the Festival. Saturday, March 26th, 10-5 and Sunday, March 27th, 11-4. Tickets Saturday $8 at the door, good for both days and Sunday $6 at the door.
