Heirloom's Portland Rubber Stamp & Paper Arts Festival March 21, 2009

You'll find wonderful exhibitors and products for stamping, scrapbooking, and the many forms of paper arts. New techniques will be demonstrated during the Festival. Saturday, March 21st 10-5 and Sunday, March 22nd 11-4. Tickets Saturday $8 at the door, good for both days and Sunday $6 at the door.
