Heirloom Apple Tasting at Chefs Collaborative Meet & Greet October 22, 2008

Join Chefs Collaborative, chef Jason Bond of Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, and agricultural historian Christie Higginbottom of Old Sturbridge Village for a guided heirloom apple tasting for chefs and producers. Chef Bond will be preparing a selection of seasonal specialties for the event.
