Heart Health Series Talk on Exercise April 5, 2013

The next event in Banner Thunderbird Medical Center’s Heart Health Community Lecture Series will focus on the importance of exercise. The lecture will teach attendees what exercise can do for them, what the recommendations are for heart health, where to exercise and what to look for, and, of course, a few exercises they can do at home for free. In the next session, Exercise with Matt: Learn and Burn presented by Matt Wisehart, Exercise Physiologist, Matt will talk, demonstrate and have individuals participate in exercises for heart disease. The session is in Conference Room 6 on the lower level of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.
