Heart at Work is a fun-filled night of art, technology and music brought together to raise funds for the Casey House Foundation. Casey House is a specialty hospital that provides home care and outreach programs for people living with HIV/AIDS in the community.

On Sunday, December 6, 2009 at the Gladstone Hotel, Heart at Work will feature a variety of stunning work by Toronto's burgeoning artists; Laura Darling, Jeff Tallon, Anna Pantchev, Braden Labonte, Julie Gladstone, Brian Rideout, Danielle Hession, James Gauvreau, Erwin Buck and more!

There will also be two exceptional works generously donated by Sarah Richardson, host of the HGTV programs Sarah's House and Design Inc. All of the proceeds from the silent art auction will go directly to the Casey House Foundation.

Heart at Work will be hosted by Seanna Shoemaker and Jennifer Buchanan. Seanna and Jennifer are seasoned newscasters who formerly worked for A Channel News. They have combined their array of skills and ability to engage, inform and charm as a means of helping others through their new venture, Plan-it Fundraising.

There will be a raffle held for a number of gift items generously donated by Jack Astors, W Lifestyle Salon, Erin Tracy Designs, Zipcar, Ambiance Chocolat, Lola by Design, Tibet Shoppe, Laura Thompson Designs and the Art Gallery of Ontario.

The event will also demonstrate state-of-the-art interactive technology designed to allow attendees to interact with their environment. One08 Interactive Digital Media's lead developer, Anthony Sapp, has developed the application using the latest version of Adobe Flash software.

And to maintain a lively and atmospheric ambiance, DJ Jazzy Barfield will provide soothing sounds from his Extra Dry sessions. Jazzy Barfield regularly spins at College Street Bar.

Join us for a great night in support of a great cause!
