Based on the book by Fr. Ronald Rollheiser titled, "Longing for the Holy, Spirituality for Everyday Life". Weekly sessions will focus on ways of developing a healthy spirituality which is the energy and glue of everyday life. Our readings and discussion will center around well-known persons of the past as well as contemporary figures as guides who can help us become intentional about our spirituality, define it and aid us in bringing both balance and creativity to our prayer life this Lent.
