New York, NY (Tuesday, July 17, 2007) - Health magazine will host the largest outdoor yoga festival in New York's Central Park on Saturday, September 29th. The magazine is partnering with YogaWorks, the largest family of yoga centers in America, to present "Here Comes the Sun," an all-day, outdoor yoga event to be held in Rumsey Playfield.

"Here Comes the Sun," the first-ever outdoor yoga festival in Central Park, will feature expert yoga instructors teaching a variety of themed classes for all levels such as Yoga for Better Sleep and Vinyasa Detox Flow. Celebrity yoga personality Sara Ivanhoe will teach classes throughout the day. Four interactive Lotus Lounge spaces will offer massages, mini-makeovers, food and beverage sampling, one-on-one nutrition consultations and more.

The festival will culminate with a live performance by Grammy-nominated singer Joan Osborne. Osborne's new album, Breakfast in Bed, is in stores now.

The event's presenting sponsor is L'Oreal. Other sponsors include Lean Cuisine, Sealy, Quaker's Simple Harvest, the Almond Board and NBTY. Food and beverages will be provided by Josie's restaurant.
