Calling all CREATIVES, ENTREPRENEURS, BLOGGERS, TWEETERS, TECH WORKERS and SMALL BIZ people:

David Wu will be speaking with constituents in Portland, Oregon about health care on Tuesday, August 11, at Good Samaritan Hospital in NW Portland.

All across the country, people who are uninformed about the health care crisis have been shouting at these events to disrupt democracy at the behest of health insurance companies.

Show up to help make sure insurance companies don't decide what kind of health care YOU will get (or not) in the future. Everyone's voice should be heard -- not just those of big business.

What would a politician think? Being welcomed in his own hometown?

Do we bring rags soaked in vinegar to counteract the tear gas, maybe rolled newspaper for our shins and forearm, or is that too old school?
