Health and Wellness Fair October 10, 2012

Hamm Clinic, a non-profit mental health clinic, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness of Minnesota) and Minnesota Landmarks, managers of Landmark Center, are presenting the 2012 Health and Wellness Fair highlighting, 'Healthy People Make Healthy Communities,' as part of Mental Illness Awareness Week. It will feature a variety of resources including mental health, social service, medical and senior care services. Attendees will explore how to promote individual wellness and learn about resources in downtown Saint Paul and surrounding areas. Offerings at the fair include healthy snacks, live music and door prizes for attending.
