Health & Wellness Fair October 20, 2010

The fair is presented by Hamm Clinic and Minnesota Landmarks. It will feature over 25 health, well-being and social service resources, including mental health, hospitals, massage, nutrition, faith communities, creative arts and senior care services. Attendees will receive guidance to understand the food and mood connection, address parent adoption issues, explore how art promotes individual wellness and builds communities and learn about counseling resources in downtown Saint Paul. There will be free health care screenings, healthy snacks, live music, entertainment and door prizes.
