Health & Well-Being Forum March 3, 2010

The next Health & Well-Being Forum meeting will include presentations from three GAVS member organisations on their services: Greenwich Association for Disabled People, Tryangle and Listening Ears.

There will also be an interactive exercise on collaborative working, an update on the personalisation Choice and Control Pilot and feedback from the Safeguarding Adults Multi-Agency Group.
