The non-profit HeadStart Network Foundation, which is involved in creating an 'Innovation Ecosystem' has announced its flagship event, Headstart Summer 2009. As part of this Innovation Ecosystem, 28 exciting startups have been selected to be showcased at the event. To guide the companies, stalwarts from the industry including venture capitalists, Angel investors and others will be present. Apart from this, a workshop for 'Creating a One Pager Business Plan' and 'Early Stage Funding' will also be held.The climax of the event will feature a successful, high profile entrepreneur from a media conglomerate in an interview with an upcoming businessman.Headstart is a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers and full time professionals to create and promote the innovation ecosystem in India. In the past, many startups have found great partnerships and investors at Headstart events.
