Most of us love our work! It's called "working IN the business". Taking time out to work "ON the business" is something that often gets set aside. All too often working "ON the business" takes a backseat to doing what we love best -- servicing our clients.
This workshop is an opportunity to work "on the business" and leave with an action plan in at least three areas. You'll have a new confidence with direction, strategies and action items for making 2009 a great year! This will free up the nagging thoughts about what you haven't done for the business and will support the work that you love to do.
When you register, you will choose three different breakout sessions from the seven listed below. Workshop size is limited, so get your registration in EARLY to assure your seat in the sessions of your choice.
