HAVA BBQ London Bridge Style February 26, 2010

The HAVA BBQ LONDON BRIDGE STYLE in Lake Havasu City, AZ., is home of the State Championship. Nationally ranked & World Championship BBQ Teams will compete in (4) main categories, chicken, ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Other categories include “Anything Butt” and “Desserts”. Plus we have decided to bring back the old Havasu Salsa Challenge too. We are sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) and are a qualifier for the Jack Daniels (Lynchburg, TN) and American Royal Invitational (Kansas City, MO) Competitions. If this doesn’t beat all, we have also partnered with AZ Barbeque Society and will also be one of the competitions within the state where teams will also compete for Arizona State Team Champion.
