Harvest Market - Elgin June 19, 2008

This week at the Downtown Elgin Harvest Market there will begin an educational booth, along with the farmers and bakers, inviting the public to be environmentally friendly and healthy. Ravenheart Coffee(10am - 2pm) and Fusion Mind Body Studio(2pm - 6pm), both from Downtown, will be on hand to give samples, discounts, and demonstrations on how one can be environmentally friendly by what coffee you choose, and some simple stretches and moves through yoga to keep one's mind and body invigorated and strong. Also Inkapirka, an Ecuadorian pan flute band from Racine WI, will be playing their music most of the day.
