Harper is a singer-songwriter, harp and didgeridoo player from Australia. Although he has been playing his own style of outback-infused blues-rock for several years, he has just recently released (2006) his first American release, 'Down to the Rhythm.' Hamilton Loomis has crafted his blues roots into a funk-a-fied recipe all his own.
