Harbor Seal Encounter August 18, 2009

During this two-hour experience, get a behind-the-scenes look at aquarium operations, including a peak at the sea turtles and sharks, and participate in a 20-minute in-water behavioral training session with the harbor seals. In the "staff-only" holding area, learn about the natural history of seals and the training techniques vital to their care in an aquairum setting. Then, enter the water with a mammal care specialist to lead a seal through a training activity.
