What is Happy Hour?

Happy Hour is a film festival like no other. Their is no competition and thus no awards, but wait...there is no shameful film market shmoozing session either, and absolutely no frowns guaranteed. Our intent is to create a forum that expands upon the old film festival format and frees the innocent audience member in us all. This is just a good time enjoying some of the freshest and funniest films from directors all over the world. Also, their will be complimentary beer provided by Red Stripe so how could you say no.
