Dive into iPhone app development. - A one day guide to
creating iPhone applications.

Held & Lloyd is partnering with CUBiC mobileto offer
a great new course designed to offer insights, hands-on skills, practical
training and best practices so you can participate in the new frontier that is
the iPhone application ecosystem.
The class will be jointly taught by Julio Barros, a
well-known software developer with 20 years of experience and Doug Miller, an
interactive Creative Director and Developer I've known and worked with for a
number of years. Both of these two have current iPhone applications on iTunes.
It's ideally suited to interactive designers, developers
and project managers or anyone who has worked with basic Flash Actionscript or
is "comfortable with code". Now's your chance to get up close and
personal with the iPhone SDK and see the potential.

BestPractisesThe course will cover best practises for designing and executing applications. As well, as the steps needed tobuild and submit applications
Hands onThe hands on phase will cover creating applications and using Interface builder to build prototypes and user interfaces.
Timing and datesThe Course is on Thursday April 2nd and starts at 9:45 am and finishes at 4:30. The attendees should bring their own mac based laptop or computer to take part.
