Kingwood United Methodist Church1799 Woodland Hills DriveKingwood, Texas

This workshop, presented by The Fort Handbell Quartet, is designed for ringers who want to explore the presentation aspect of ringing. It will focus on handbells as a visual art form. Fort will take you through a process that will help transform the look and communication of your choir.

Simple movements, such as stance, picking up and putting down bells, and other more advanced visual movements, can make the music look as wonderful as it sounds.
This workshop is composed of two workshops in one. The morning sessions are Presentation elements for Solo/Ensemble Ringers. The afternoon sessions focus on Presentation elements for full choirs. You may attend one or both sessions; you full choir or ensemble is not necessary.
Note: Due to the nature of the Solo/Ensemble sessions, that portion of the workshop will be limited to 40 participants.
